MICR Check Printing, Check Security
Check-Secure's programmable flash card can be inserted by authorized personnel prior to
and after check printing operations in order to activate the sensitive check printing
resources needed for laser check printing jobs, such as signature(s), MICR font, logos
and check form(s), etc. for more information on implementing an AS/400(iSeries) Laser
MICR check printing system, please go to inFORM Decisions' MICR400.
Check-Secure's Removable, Programmable Security Cards ("keys")
Most popular desktop laser printers utilized for check printing today lack a removable
element of security, thus making them more susceptible to check fraud. HP, Lexmark,
Xerox and IBM laser printers can all be "MICRized" with inFORM Decisions' Check-Secure device.
Convert existing laser printers into reliable and secure laser check printers, or ask
inFORM Decisions about newer or dedicated check printers on the market.
Check-Secure comes with one programmable flash card ("key"); Check-Secure's user-friendly
Windows programming software to simply select and load desired sensitive signatures, MICR
font, logos, check forms, etc.; and the necessary cabling. Once Check-Secure's flash card
is loaded with the resources, simply connect Check-Secure between the laser printer's
parallel, serial or ethernet port and the host data stream. When the flash card is
inserted and the print job sent, Check-Secure will activate the desired resource for
that laser check printing job.
