inFORM Decisions' powerful iMail™ is a fast and efficient method to email messages
direct from your AS/400(iSeries) and attach spool files in various formats (*txt, *html,
*pdf, *pcl, *rtf). Most notably, iMail™ can attach spool files with merged form
overlays and graphics if used with inFORM Decisions' iDocs™ electronic form software.
A powerful feature of iMail™ is the ability to burst and batch e-mail (automatically
and unattended) desired portions of a print run. These selected sections will e-mail
merged forms and graphics with spool file data (which could be invoices, purchase
orders, laser checks, etc...) to customers, prospects, employees, etc...

iView PDF Document Center™
An internet browser based archive-retrieval module,
iView PDF Document Center. iView PDF Document Center is an inexpensive module add-on to
inFORM Decisions's iDocs electronic form/check software. It can also
be used as a standalone archive-retrieval solution.
The benefits of iView PDF Document Center are customers realizing reduced labor, and real
cost savings from eliminating file copies, sorting, distributing, retrieving,
and postal mailing of documents and reports. Users can search from any browser,
archived purchase orders, reports, etc. on-line and in seconds without wading
through paper-based file cabinets. As iView leverages existing technology in
inFORM Decisions's electronic form software, a less expensive archive-retrieval
solution is achieved, compared to other popular COLD solutions on the market.
iView PDF Document Center is a cost-effective Business to Business, or Business to Consumer
Solution, enabling authorized clients to view their own documents online. When
integrated with inFORM Decisions's iMail (iSeries email software),
users can search archived documents, and have them automatically emailed to
them from the iSeries host.
iFAX™
inFORM Decisions offers an AS/400(iSeries) host based, seamless and integrated electronic
fax module to automatically fax reports and merged documents. iFAX™ works as a
module with inFORM Decisions's iDocs™ Suite, by re-routing the merged electronic form
output to the appropriate FAX Output Queue.
This module in addition to inFORM Decisions' iMail™, provides real paperless workflow
to your laser form applications.
iSeries Positive Pay
As an optional security module to inFORM Decisions's iChecks™ laser check printing
software, Positive Pay captures pertinent information (check number and amount) and saves
it into the Cash Handling File. During a pre-set and automated time, an AS/400 auto-job
collects the data from the Automated Cash Handling File, collects header, trailer and
font/layout information, then runs a calculation of totals and transmits this report via
the AS/400(iSeries) ECS modem to the pre-selected bank. Thus, the bank is only authorized
to process those checks included on the Positive Pay Report.
